Movement Call: Día de los Muertos Day of Action

  • Virtual event - Join from anywhere! (map)

Join us for an organizing call to help lead a local action for End the ICE Age, a national day of action this Día de los Muertos honoring the lives lost to ICE violence and detention.

We're recruiting hosts for actions happening October 31–November 2 in cities nationwide. On this call, you'll learn what hosting involves, hear what support is available (toolkit, graphics, planning calls, a spot on the national map), and get your questions answered before you commit.

You don't need prior organizing experience — just a willingness to bring your community together to honor those we've lost and demand Congress get ICE out of our communities, redirect its funding, and shut down its detention centers for good.

We demand that Congress act now to:

  • Get ICE out of communities nationwide

  • Redirect ICE funding toward what communities actually need

  • Shut down ICE detention centers for good

No more abuse and death at the hands of ICE. No more ICE funding while people lose health care, struggle to pay rent, and kids go hungry. We demand an end to the ICE age.

Can't make the call? RSVP anyway and we'll follow up with the recording and next steps.
