🛡️ Winning at the ballot box means making sure every vote counts. We'll cover election protection: how to track your ballot, what to do if there's a problem with your signature so you can fix it in time, and how to recognize and report intimidation, misinformation, or anything that doesn't look right 👀. You'll also learn how to get involved in protecting the vote in your own community this fall, because a fair election takes all of us 🤝.
🗳️ Colorado's 2026 ballot has 14 statewide measures, tying the record for the most in over 50 years, and a lot of them were written to confuse voters. Join Solidarity Warriors on Zoom for a fast, clear walkthrough of every measure: who's behind it, what it actually does, and how it affects you. We'll make the case for Amendment 87, the graduated income tax that cuts taxes for 97% of Coloradans and funds our schools, health care, and child care 💪, and a guest speaker will cover Prop NN and why it's a win for Colorado kids 🍎. You'll also learn about the trap measure designed to cancel out Amendment 87, and why voting yes on both could sink it ⚠️.
We'll have 8 guest speakers from Indivisible Colorado, Move Colorado Forward, Protect Colorado's Future, Families Not Politics, Boulder Immigrant Partnership Team, Conservation Colorado, Defend Our Ballots Campaign, Colorado Common Cause, and the No on Proposition 132 Campaign.
📋 We'll cover mail ballot ID, redistricting, ICE reporting, fentanyl sentencing, the measures targeting trans youth, and more, so you can vote with confidence and explain it to your friends and family. You'll leave with a simple cheat sheet: ✅ YES on 87 and NN, ❌ NO on everything else. Ballots started going out on October 2, so bring your questions, bring a friend, and let's get ready to win this! 🙌
