Join Volunteer Blue's second how-to session on ballot curing to learn how you can help voters fix ballot errors - from your home.
Everyone anywhere can help make every vote count in this election.
In 2024, nearly 600,000 ballots were rejected, many because of a missing signature, illegible ID number, a forgotten date on the envelope, or some other tiny error.
Many states allow voters to correct these errors before a deadline, but most people don’t know how to do this. Without this crucial fix, these votes won’t be counted and can’t help Democrats win key races.
Join Juliet Beckstrand, Legal Director for the Deliver My Vote Education Fund, for this 30-minute Zoom.
What you’ll learn:
The Basics: How ballot curing works and how rules differ by state.
The Process: How volunteers call voters around and after Election Day to guide them through correction steps.
The Support: Local-specific training provided by groups and campaigns.
The Action: Where to find ballot-curing phone banks.
