Bridge Brigade Monday Afternoon

  • 8655 Auburn Boulevard Roseville, CA, 95661 United States (map)

This is it. Now is the time to act. Use your voice before the government silences all of us. As Kimmel said, “We have to speak out!”

Reach thousands with signs that help voters connect YES on Prop 50 with free speech and healthcare. Welcome commuters with messages to help wake them up to the urgency, messages about the need to protect our democracy from the current corrupt administration. Join Indivisible Roseville CA to hold banners and signs over I-80 from the Riverside Ave. overpass.

Come when you can! Stay as long as you can.

Make signs highly visible with large lettering. Use simple messages like “VOTE ✅ YES on 50!” and “50 for Free Speech” and “50 for Healthcare”

Bring water and a hat and/or umbrella. Shade is not available and even in the fall weather you don’t want to get too much sun. Consider wearing sunscreen.

Park behind the Jack in the Box at 8655 Auburn Blvd. for the easiest walk to the West side of the overpass. Try not to park too close to businesses so as not to make it harder on customers. The walk does include a short uphill climb to reach the overpass and two street crossings. You can also display messages on the East side of the overpass. Park by Kaiser for the best access to that side.

A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
