Dorian, the founder of NoCCC, will speak on how diverse, goal-minded, and mission-focused collaboration leads to successful activism, and how the NoCCC model is being applied in other states to grow a national collaborative effort.
He'll also discuss ICE black site hold rooms where immigrants are being held illegally beyond the 12-hour limit for days and sometimes even for over a month. They were supposed to remain hidden but were recently revealed through a FOIA request.
Solidarity Warriors is an action-focused, Indivisible group formed after the November election. We're one of the main groups organizing mass demonstrations in Denver. We're made up of people from across the nation, many in Colorado.
