CALL FOR FOODBANK DONATIONS - PLEASE HELP US GET THE WORD OUT!
Indivisible Roseville is calling for your cash donations for a worthy cause. Between now and Tuesday November 25th, all donations we collect will be sent directly to the Feeding the Foothills food bank for El Dorado County, Nevada County and Placer County. As many of you know, because of the government shutdown as well as the generally flagging economy, many additional people have been forced to choose between food and other basic necessities such as housing and medicine. Indivisible Roseville will announce our efforts to local media to help make both the urgency of our supporting food banks as well as inform the public about what our group stands for. As part of this effort, we will make a formal presentation to the food bank, asking all of you and the local media to attend. You are all welcome to join us at that time (to be announced). Indivisible Roseville CA is a community of volunteers committed to taking action to create a more just, caring, and inclusive America. We welcome all like-minded people from throughout the Roseville area who are wanting to join in our efforts to reverse the current threats to our democracy!
Currently, our focus is to help our members take action in the fight to protect our democracy and the American people from the harms of the current Administration. Advocacy with elected officials and other influential leaders is one of many important ways we take action in the community. We will also campaign for candidates in various elections this year and ready ourselves for the crucial work of elections in 2026.
In these challenging times, many of us are experiencing understandable frustration and even despair. Many concerned citizens are asking, "What MORE can be done to stop the destructive actions of the current Administration?" While there are no easy answers, we encourage our members to focus on one or two specific actions to take each day that resonate for them.
We have designed this website as a “roadmap” for each of you in your personal activism journey.
